<p>Catalog of Chelsea porcelain produced in 1754 to be auctioned by Mr. Ford in Haymarket over 16 days from March 10-27, 1755. The items to be auctioned are listed under the headings for each of the sixteen days of the sale. The "Conditions of Sale" appears on page [2]. This is the third auction catalog for the Chelsea Porcelain Manufactory and the earliest surviving catalog. The earliest being for the auctions of the spring of 1754 and December, 1754.</p>

The catalog includes the "Conditions of Sale" and a daily listing of items for sale beginning on April 30, 1761. The last day of sale in the catalog is for May 4, 1761 though the catalog is incomplete and this may not have been the last day of the sale. The sale was advertised in the Public Advertiser as late as May 5, 1761.</p>
