Dear Madam

I am truly glad we can accomodate
you so easily tho, there is one objection to your
Proposition viz twelve months credit is more than
we could will wait, but I would have no sort
of objection to waiting that time provided the
bond carried Interest after six months, this bond
would probably fall into the hands of your
neighbor Collier who would wait a much longer
time provided the Interest was regularly paid,
I have heard him say so and therefore am war
ranted in believing there would be no sort of
difficulty on that score

Yours
most
Respectfully
John Minge jr.
