Know all men by these presents that I have this day
Bargained and sold unto George B. Major two negro
boys, named Sam, & Thadeus. children of Caty whom
I purchased of the Executrs of John Minge, one of the
daid boys aged two years & the other one year for the
consideration of seventy five dollars paid me the 25th
January. 1829. the receipt whereof I hereby acknowledge,
A free and perfect title to which boys I hereby
warrrant and forever defend by these presents witness, my
hand & seal this 28th day of January 1830
