Trusty and Welbeloved We greet you well Our Will and pleasure is
and We do hereby direct authorize and command that out of such Money
as is in or shall be in your hands arisen or to arise by our Revenues
of Quit Rents in our Colony of Virginia You do pay or cause to be paid
unto our trusty and welbeloved John Robinson Esquire. or to his Assigns
the Sum of Four thousand Ninety five pounds Sterling Money, for our
special Service, without Account, Imprest, or other Charge, to be
Set upon him for the same. And This, being first entered with the
Auditor General of our Plantations, together with the Acquittance of
the said John Robinson, or of his Assignes, shall be as well to you for
payment, as to the said Auditor General and all others concerned
in passing your Account for allowing the same thereupon a
sufficient Warrant. Given at our Court at Saint James's the 23d
day of May 1773. In the Thirteenth year of our Reign

Received this 26th day of May 1773, the Sum of Four thousand
and Ninety five pounds in pursuanace of the within warrant
John Robinson

The Aforegoing is a Just and true Copy of His Majesty's Warrant
for Payment to John Robinson Esquire or his Assigns of the Sum of Four thousand
Nintey five pounds Sterling Money out of the Quit Rents of the Colony of Virginia
Directed To the Representatives of John Roberts Esquire late Receiver General of the
Revenues in the Colony of Virginia, Copy of a Certificate of the Entry of said Warrant
in the Auditor General's Office of the Plantations Signed George Gillio, and Copy
of an Original Receipt wrote on the back of the said Warrant Signed John
Robinson bearing date the 26th day of May 1773. to me Notary produced fair and
Uncancelled, Which after due Examination I Attest. Witness my Notarial firm and
Seal in London the Third day of December in the Year of our Lord One thousand
seven hundred and seventy three.

We Underwritten Do hereby Certify and Attest That William
Tudman who hath Signed and passed the aforegoing Attestation is a
Notary and Tabellion publick Dwelling and practicing in the City of
London Faithfull Lawfull and of Trust, and that to all Attestations
and other Acts and Writings by him Signed and passed full Faith and
Credit is and ought to be given in Judgment, Court and thereout. Witness
