To which are added, for the information of all rational enquirers, an appendix, consisting of extracts from An essay concerning obedience to the supreme powers, and the duty of subjects in all revolutions, published in England soon after the revolution of 1688. The second edition. Philadelphia : Printed by Styner and Cist, at the North-east Corner of Race- and Second-streets, MDCCLXXVIII [1778].
