I presume before this time of life
you must have felt the want of a fiddle, if so you
can give a near guess what must be my situati
on when without a flute. Pray send me then
by the first opportunity that flute which you took
from me, you can have no use for it and Tom
Lewis must have been long enough without
it to have learned to live without it with little
inconvenience.

I shall be sir when the flute
