Trusty and Welbeloved We greet You well. Our Will and
Pleasure is, And We do hereby Direct, authorize and
Command that out of such money as is, or shall be in
your hands arisen or to arise by Our Revenues of Quit
Rents in Our Colony of Virginia, You do pay or cause to
be paid unto Our Trusty and Welbeloved John Robinson
Esquire, or to his Assigns the sum of Five thousand
Pounds Sterling money for Our Special service without
Account, Imprest, or other charge to be set upon him.
And this being first entered with the Auditor General
of Our Plantations together with the acquittance of
the said John Robinson or of his Assigns, shall be as
well to You for payment, as to the said Auditor General
and all others concerned in passing your Accounts for
allowing the sum so paid by You a sufficient
Warrant. Given at Our Court at Saint James's this
8th.. day of July 1772 In the twelfth Year of Our
Reign.
